Civil Living in the Workplace

Civil Living in the Workplace is a powerful and engaging workshop that begins a journey with you and your organization learning the core skills of social ethics in the workplace. 

Our workshop supports you and your organization all the way, after all you spend an average of 8-10 hours out of your day in the workplace. Your team will learn techniques of healthy communicating with each other as well as with the customers you serve. Become a role model within your organization…leading by example. Learn the value of talking and listening, mindfulness of body language and how it’s communicated to others. Practice and lead with a positive attitude that represents your organization's brand and yourself as a valued team member. Learning to identify, support, and improve self-image, support and cooperation with others. Heightened self-awareness of appropriate behaviors, learning preventative skills to rudeness and bullying, along with numerous conflict resolutions identified and practiced.
